Feeding Strategies

The kids' snack time is stress-free! Kids are encouraged to try snacks without pressure — just a suggested 4 bites if they’re 4 years old. If they want more, great!

Making Snack Time Fun

We ensure that every moment is enjoyable! We make protein energy balls, apple butterflies, banana caterpillars, smoothies & more!

Respecting Food Choices

What we say about our food choices, has an impact on the development of our kids' eating habits. Positive phrases will be used during snack time. We teach kids to respect each other's preferences with the phrase “don’t yuck my yum.”

Engaging Activities

Kids will play age-appropriate nutrition-related games, including movement, and learn which foods help their bodies grow strong.

Details

Food allergies will be accommodated. We sanitize or wash our hands before eating.

We encourage the kids to try new foods. If they do, they get prizes at the end of the session.

Families receive weekly updates with progress and recipes!
