I’ve been working with Liana for 6 months, she is great! I have lost 10 lbs and 3 inches around my waist and I’m still hoping to lose more. She is super educated and I love how I can text her from the supermarket if I’m not sure which food product to buy since the food store is so overwhelming with low carb gluten free whole grain etc. Liana likes to check in and will give you tips and recipes that work for you. I generally like to be low carb so she is supportive on that.
Liana is always a pleasure to talk with and I highly recommend her if you want to lose weight or just want to learn how to eat healthy in this crazy fast paced world we all live in!Tiffany C.
I’ve been working with Liana for about 5 months now. There is so much to like about Liana and her approach. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice and tips on how you can achieve your desired result. I have lost inches I never thought I’d lose and feel so much healthier than I did prior to seeing her.
Everyone knows how hard it can be to lose weight and/or change your eating habits. She helps you to acquire a different way of thinking about food, and in turn, it effects your habits. I have made so many small changes with her help and it is resulting in big changes overall. She also helps you to accept who you are and that your goals can be achieved.

I have been working with Liana for about a year now and I am halfway to my weight loss goal. She has taught me a lot about portion control and keeping the weight off even during times that I am not so disciplined. Meeting with her has held me accountable for my choices. She has helped me set realistic goals that are maintainable and reachable. She provides meal and snack choices that are helpful for my busy lifestyle.

We had Liana as a professional presenter for staff education sessions on nutritional issues in heart failure. She was a great resource, and everyone learned a lot from her. I am very happy I decided to meet with Liana. I started meeting with her monthly either in person or via FaceTime right before I did some serious traveling with a theater production on an international tour. I was very nervous about gaining weight while I was on the road and Liana helped me to make sure that I had the basic building blocks of a healthy diet that made it possible to maintain my weight even with my erratic schedule.
My original goal was to lose ten pounds, and sadly I didn’t achieve it. However, I do not at all regret my decision to meet with Liana because I got something unexpected out of our appointments that is much more worthwhile.
Like many twenty-something American women I have a “food issue,” I won’t call it an eating disorder because it isn’t that extreme, however food and I have always had a love/hate relationship that usually consists of extreme dieting for as long as I can hold out, which spirals into junk food binges when my willpower is worn thin or I feel like I’ve “failed” on my diet. This lead to a number of other health issues that I had no idea were related to nutrition, including acne, extremely thin hair and nails, and little to no energy.
Liana looked at my crash diets and found the missing nutrients that my body had been craving. Within the first month of meeting with her my skin had cleared up and I had much more energy. Since then my hair and nails have grown thicker and stronger, I’ve built up much more muscle and look leaner and slimmer. While I haven’t lost any weight, I went down a dress size and friends have commented that I look thinner.
I have a much better relationship with food; I can go out to eat with friends without stressing over “ruining” my diet, I don’t crave fatty sugary foods nearly as much as I did before (because my body isn’t starved of fats, carbs, and proteins), and I can just relax about eating.
My only regret is that I didn’t meet with her sooner – this experience was (sorry to get so sentimental), downright life-changing.C. R.
My family and I cannot thank Liana enough for all of her help! My son was recently diagnosed with quite a few food allergies. I was a nervous wreck until I met with Liana. She calmed my nerves and showed my husband and I, just how managable this new obstacle would be. She showed us what to look for and what to avoid on food labels, gave us snack and meal ideas, and follows up with us all the time. Liana has gone above and beyond to help my family out.

I signed up with Liana November 2014 after inuring my knee in September. I had read that every extra pound in weight you carry is the equivalent of 4 pounds on you knees. So I was determined to lose 25 pounds. I had tried many times in the past but my efforts were hit and miss. I would lose 10 pounds but then gain it back not really understanding why. Oh, I knew why I gained the weight back but without an understanding of what I was doing right I was unable to repeat the loses at will.
Liana has given me the knowledge so that I am now able to make good eating decisions on a daily basis. OK, I still backslide once in a while. But it is only a pound or two and with Liana checking up on a regular basis I find myself back on track in short time.
I am about half way to my goal. It hasn’t been fast but it hasn’t been hard to do. In fact when I eat the right foods I just don’t feel hungry. When I eat the wrong foods it seems like no amount will satisfy my hunger.
If I focus on my knee i know it still has problems. The biggest difference now is that my knee is no longer the center of my focus. I am able to do more, feel more energetic and less tired all without thinking about my knee.

Since I started law school, my life has been busier than I ever thought possible . During my first year of school, I struggled with my weight, partly because I felt like I didn’t have time to cook, and partly because I was using food as a mechanism to cope with stress. I signed up with Liana in January. I have struggled with weight loss my Whole life despite the fact that I am very active. I met Liana through one of my wonderful brides and when the opportunity came to help one of my clients that wanted to lose weight for her wedding, I knew Liana was the right match! She has helped quite a few clients that are “in a pinch” and need to lose a few pounds quickly. They have been so thrilled that they have decided to hire Liana on in a more long term capacity.
At the same time, I found out that my blood pressure was high and my doctor wanted to put me on medication. I refused and said that I wanted to try and get my blood pressure lower through diet and exercise. It was then that I hired Liana to help me.
Four weeks later, I went to my doctor and the nurse practitioner took my blood pressure. Naturally I was curious and she wrote it down and didn’t say anything. I asked her, what’s my blood pressure” and she said, “It’s normal”. I was at 140/100 and in four weeks my blood pressure was 128/82! My doctor was very impressed and I was relieved that I didn’t have to take medication!
Liana was able to give me some small adjustments to make and they aren’t the easiest but I never felt like it was impossible and now it’s part of my life. She is always accessible and has great hints which is particularly important for me since I have a pretty hectic schedule and a job that can elevate my blood pressure pretty easily!
I recommend Liana for anyone that is looking to make changes FOR LIFE without making you feel like you have to give up your life.Donna K.

- I can email her anytime with any questions (I have a lot) and she is always quick to get back to me. She also emails to check in and make sure I am staying on track. It definitely helps knowing that someone is there to help you.
